Hello,

If your using any plug-ins that will cotinue the sound like Delay, Echo, or Reverb, You might get some sound after the wave drawing is done, Also what is your Buffer set at? Sometimes this can appear to be doing this.

See ya, Rockit

Some audio devices report their playback position incorrectly. You may be able to fix this by going to Options/Preferences/Audio/Advanced, selecting your device, checking the checkbox there, and tweaking the fader.

Best of luck,
Joel

You sure it's not the soundcards latency?

What audio card are you playing ACID through?

How would latency cause this?

Latency is about either:

1. The time a fader is moved in the software and the time you hear it.
2. The amount of time it takes for input to be echoed in software to output.

Peter
