Newby Questions -Sound Forge - PC - MAGIX Community Forums Archive

Whoa...what is this program. Just got a BR-532 to record a few tunes and put on CD. ZZsounds says no problem just get this Sound Forge XP 5.0 and you can do that. OHMYGOD...what is all this tech stuff...I am totally lost. Ok..first question (after using up a realm of paper and printing the gargantuan manual!) I do not get to choose Preview Cut/Cursor option from the edit menu. Is this just for the full blown version of Sound Forge and not included on the XP version ??? I got lots more questions I will be asking this forum but I will try to play with this stuff before asking. I have been working this preview cut cursor thing and cannot find it anywhere. Any help you all can provide is greatly appreciated.
