Reason 64 bit loaded into windows7 as32 bit still causes acid pro 7 to crash.Will not rewire in any ideas guys

Based on the fact that the last update to ACID Pro 7 was released on 2/16/2010 (4+ years ago), I'm guessing the answer to your question would be no.

You might want to check the Propeller Head forum to see if the issue was addressed on their end. It's a longshot...but it's worth a try.

You could also submit "Support Tickets" to both companies.

If you can't find a solution for the Rewire "link-up" problem, you could implement a clunky work-around:

Render your Reason tracks to ".WAV" stems and then import the stems into ACID.
