Color Corrector is global, so that all the changes you make apply to the entire Image. Secondary allows you to work on one color or range, create a mask and apply changes to just the part (usually color) you have selected. Takes a little sliding around to get the mask you want. If you have Photoshop it's sort of like the magic wand tool.

1CC has 3 color wheels allowing for color adjustments to lows, mids, highs simultaneously.
2CC has 3 selection tools (located at bottom) that filter by hue, saturation, & luminance simultaneously.

other than that, they're the same.

edit.. no they're not; in the 2CC there's an Alpha slider i never use and a Rotate Hue slider i use constantly
