I have this podcast i am working on and my volume is way too loud. I want to turn my self down but only me. Is there any way for me to mass select volume control for just my DB range? |

Are you on a separate track/channel from everything else? If so, you can turn that track down. If everything is mixed together then it's highly unlikely you'll be able to do much about it. If you are occasionally louder than everything else you could try some dynamic compression, but this will also lower the volume of the other material when it lowers your volume. |

If it's just voice, a free program called Levelator may help. If you're an experienced sound board guy, put it on the Vegas Pro timeline and ride gains on an automated envelope. |

As I recall, SF can put makers or regions on segments that fall below a dB level, I've never used that feature though. Volume envelopes can be added/drawn in SF as well as Vegas. As was stated, if you're inexperienced, the free 'Levelator' plug would likely be better than an incorrectly set comp/limiter. |
