Subject:How to set SF 5.0 as main editor in CWPA9.03 and Sonar

Good Morning,

I recall this issue many months back yet I'm unable to locate the post. I currently use CWPA9.03, CDA and SF 5.0. I had been able to pull up SF 5.0 through the "Tool's" option in CWPA, yet recently SF 4.5XP started pulling up instead? I've made no recent adjustments to my PC beyond tweaks listed under Sweetwater's PC optimization guides. None of these adjustments should have affected CWPA or SF 5.0.

Is there a way to set SF 5.0 as the preferred wave editor when pulled up in applications such as CWPA 9.03? Additonally, I am getting ready to upgrade to Sonar and Win XP Pro. Any issues regarding SF 5.0 I should be prepared for? I've listed my PC's vital's below for reference.

Appreciate your assistance and Happy New Year,

JB

CWPA 9.03 on Win982nd Ed,
Athalon 1 Gghrz prcsr
K7T motherboard
Matrox Mil. G-450 Dualhead Vid card
1 Yamaha DS2416
two Yamaha AX44's,
utilize two 7200 RPM IDE drives on separate busses for OS and data
Memorex CRW-1622
a 48x CD-ROM
786 Mg PC133 RAM
a SB Live card
Midisport 2x2
a StudioMix
and edit w/SF5.0, burn w/CDArch.

CW will boot-up the last SF Programme you used. Leave CW & SF, boot-up SF5, leave, boot-up CW and you should be OK from there. Pain in the arse but hey!
Cheers
