I often use a small amount of time stretch to make background music begin/end at scene changes. For some reason V10e 64-bit increases the volume of stretched/shrunk audio tracks by about 3.0 dB. (The master track shows the change in dB & if I do not correct it will show-up on the final render...)
V8-V12, including V10e 32 bit, do not do this. I can load the same VEG and only V10e 64 will increase the volume... I use both MP3s and WAVs and I have the same problem on all (3) Asus P6T6 workstations. I still use V10e for projects that involve a lot of color correction because I hate the layout of the color wheels on V11-V12. For smaller projects it does not pay to pull the VEG up in V12 just to render...
Anyone have any ideas why V10e 64 is increasing the volume on time-stretched audio???
