Good. Never did like the latest one with Matt Smith.

Only you? Nah, for the last 3 years, I watched maybe 5 Epies? The last couple of epies were slightly more edgy and evil.

Can't wait . . . Capaldi maybe?

You called it!

Did you notice on his IMDB page he previously played a ''W.H.O. doctor'' in World War Z!?!

Looks promising. Matt Smith wasn't good, although (to be fair) the quality and logic of the scripts has sunk as the quality of SFX has improved. The essence of Dr Who is superior intelligence and knowledge (plus Tardis), but Matt was the bumbling adventurer Doctor. Back in the Tom Baker era the sets and effects forced the writers to concentrate on story, but recently (like Hollywood) fantastic SFX and fast cutting have become substitutes for plot and character. You can probably surmise that I've watched Dr Who over decades, but gave up on the Matt Smith series because they made no sense whatsoever.

A little variety is OK. How about the return of K9?
