Subject:Sound Forge 10 Pro won't see registered VST plugin

I am setting up a new studio computer with Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bit, running Sonar X2 Producer 32 bit as a host sequencer and Sound Forge 10 Pro 32 bit as host editor. I use Sound Forge exclusively for mastering finished mixes. I installed a couple of VST plugins from Voxengo that I only use for mastering.....Sonar sees them but Sound Forge does not, even though the two applications integrate with each other. The Voxengo forum has topics indicating it's a Windows issue, but the fixes described there don't seem possible with the files I have. Any thoughts appreciated.

Can you see them in the "Options> Preferences> VST Effects" 'Default VST search folder'. If not, click refresh and/or browse for them in the 'Alt. VST search folder' and make sure they are check marked.
