ticker tape in VMS 10?

Can a ticker tape be made in VMS 10's media generators? I don't need the background tape component, just need to be able to run continuous words (on a transparent background) from from right to left along bottom of the screen (in from right and out left). Thought it would be in "credit roll" but don't see it.

You need to use key frames to do it.

Here's a tutorial on YouTube there are many others on their too.
