Subject:dictation/transcribe using pitch

I have a bunch of lectures I want to listen to and type the contents while listening to them, I only type about 40wpm so I'll need to strech the audio out by about 3 times.

However, it sounds horrible when I do this.

I was hoping there was a better way?

Unfortunately, stretching spoken audio that much (3X) will result in a horrible sound no matter what you do.
