Need urgent help

Hello all,

I have to finish a Blu-Ray authoring for work in the days coming and i get a terrible bug that doesn't let me finish.

When i import more than 8 or 9 H264 files, DVD Architect 6.0 freezes, whatever the method i use to import (drag and drop, from the menu etc.). The files are all OK because i can import them separatly.

I've got 3 SSD, 32 GB of RAM and an i7 Intel processor... so it's not a matter of ressources it seems.

I can't use 5.0 version because the Blu-Ray has some 3D stream inside.

Desinstalling / reinstalling DVD-A didn't help.

Two more precisions :
- the project is Blu-Ray - H264 - 23,976 fps
- even when importing a simple WAVE PCM file as a 8th file, it freezes

Can you please check on your own configuration this situation ?

Any help appreciated.
Thanks.

In Vegas, render your "H264 files" to Sony AVC using the appropriate BluRay compatible video template. Render your audio to Dolby AC3 or PCM WAV.

Import the rendered video file to DVD Architect using "Import Media," and work from there.

Other than that, there is much knowledge that DVD Architect 6 has some issues. If using the correct workflow doesn't fix the issue, you may have to forego the 3D this time around.

I've used Vegas render settings for most of medias. If i tmport these only, the same problem occurs.

I've just tested on another PC, it works. So this is my system configuration. The problem is that the project is big and the other PC is a little laptop.

I can't find where it comes from :\

It would be interesting to know what the RAM complement is/was on your "little laptop" that worked!? And the laptop is a 32-bit machine, right?

The laptop is an Intel i3 with 4 GB of RAM with Windows Seven 64 bit installed. My PC is an Intel i7 with 32 GB of RAM with Windows Seven 64 bit too.
