Subject:Sound Forge and Card Deluxe

Hi,

I am new to Sound Forge. I have a Card Deluxe Sound
card for 24bit 96Khz recording. I currently have
Sound Forge 4.0, and I can't seem to figure out how
to access the sound card. Do I need Sound Forge v5?

Hi Joe,

Yes, SF5 is req'd for 24-bit. Are you using W2K ? I don't believe DAL has released a W2K driver for the CardDeluxe yet, although I haven't checked their webpage(www.digitalaudio.com) for awhile. I've used my CardDeluxe with Vegas and W98SE at 24/96 no problem.
