Subject:Normalizing Samples

What is the correct level to normalize samples to? I have sampled all the sounds from the Alesis DMPro into my computer and I was wondering if I should normalize all of them to 0db. The drum samples from the Prosounds website are all at -.20db so I was thinking of making mine -.20db as well. Thanks.
