I'm trying to record some live concerts off the internet. The goal is to have soundforge record what's coming off my sound card while I'm listening to it. I haven't been able to figure it out. The main reason is that under the audio section of preferences (I'm away from sf right now, So please forgive any incorrect terminology), several my sound cards (especially virtual types) don't even show up! I'm using a Focusrite forte with w8 64, 8g of ram, amd processor and latest version of SF Pro 10 Message last edited on7/13/2013 9:08:41 AM bytheloniouscoltrane. |

It's a deliberate limitation of some Windows versions and computer models. There is a utility called 'Virtual Audio Cable.' Another, 'All Sound Recorder,' is a standalone recorder. Message last edited on7/13/2013 10:05:35 AM bymusicvid10. |
