Subject:Trouble Burning Tracks To Disc (and Closing Disc)

At random or spontaneous moments when I am burning a track to disc, a drive error message will appear. Whenever I try to Close Disc, the program always returns the drive error message. I have a Yamaha CRW4416S 1.0e(0,3). I've tried using both data CD-Rs and audio CD-Rs. I encounter the same problems with both. I have already reduced the write speed but the problem still remains.
