Subject:Weird events after rendering
Date:6/13/2013 11:19:14 AM

I just rendered a project and immediately while listening to it noticed two problems, one: occasionally a piano sound occurs. And two: toward the end a loop that should play all the way through. None of these things happened while I was making the track, so why did this happen? Thank you.

I'm using Acid Music Studio 9
my render setting are:
.wav file type
default template
Audio: 44,100 Hz, 16 Bit, Stereo, PCM (uncompressed)
save project markers with media file

If you've been editing extensively, you might have let stray events/clips go unnoticed. Narrow down where the piano sounds occur in the render and then go through the project at that same point.

If you're not rendering using the Loop Region (with the "render loop region only" option enabled), it's possible that ACID is rendering right at the end of the event or clip in your project. If you have any effects applied, those will likely get cut off. Try rendering using the Loop Region with some extra time added at its out point.

when you say effects will likely get cut off does that mean when I change the fade offset the change won't be recognized?

I tried "render loop region only" there's still piano...

Thank you very much lacobus, I don't know how but both problems seemed to have been resolved. Thanks again.
