Subject:Undock FX window?

I've done something and now my FX window on the mixing console keeps popping up docked. Previously it would open as a floating window so I could move it around.

Is there a way to "undock" my FX control panel? Here's a screenshot. I want my FX box to float again but I can't figure out how to make it go back. tha

I've searched this forum and the web and I only see this one post which I can't understand (or can't figure out how to do what is being talked about).

Simply grab the docking hande (series of vertical dots, top left of window under "X" and "«" ) and drag it to where you want !
