Subject:Batch convertor SF 5.0

Does anybody know how come I cannot drag .wav files in the batch convertoror when using the add media button and importing a wave the B.C. prompts "unsupported file" ?
Also some of the S.F. plugins that are working fine in the program are "not properly installed" when added in the B.C.?

First, check to see if the files you are trying to load are indeed not supported by the BC.

Two, try reinstallation of the program.

What opertating system and edition are you using?
