Subject:SoundForge 10 Update Error

I tried to install the Sound Forge 10 update file for Build 245, but I get the following message (twice) when installing the update and it does not complete:

ERROR: -2147163965 occurred during installation

I am updating from Build 176 out of the box, Windows 7 SP1 32bit, it has been registered.

I worked with Tech Support to resolve this issue, but in the end I solved the problem myself. The solution: I uninstalled Sound Forge (Build 176) and then reinstalled it using the "update" file for Build 245. The update file fully installs Sound Forge 10, so don't even bother installing from the media in the box. You can find it here: http://www.sonycreativesoftware.com/download/updates/soundforge
