Subject:Effects over time Posted by: TroyTheTech Date:4/3/2013 7:07:18 PM I'm not 100% sure if this is the correct forum (please direct me if it isn't), but I was wondering how to apply an effect over time in Sound Forge Audio Studio. Most of the effects appear to be for the entire track/event, but some have Presets that will adjust it per beat/measure, etc (Flange, for example). But I was wondering if there was any way to apply an effect in changing intensity over the length of the track/event, perhaps painting an envelope of it. Thank you for any information on this matter

The desired end effect may be similar, but it is not the same question. Thank you for your reply about the differences between Sound Forge versions.

As with your (same) question in Acid forum, it's "Automation". SFAS doesn't have it. SFPro does.
