Unfortunately, ACID Pro does not have Disc-at-Once recording. (It has Track-at-Once recording.) Both Roxio's Easy CD Creator and Ahead Software's Nero Burning ROM both have Disc-at-Once. You could just render your projects to WAV and then assemble and burn them in the respective program of your choice. More info on the differences between the two types can be found here. Acid does a track at once burn. So there a couple of ways that you could burn your mix. One would be to have your project open and then click on the write CD button. This will burn all 25 of your songs as on track. The other way would be to take the first song and then burn it to a CD and then take the next and repeate the procedure. However this will put a 2 second gap between tracks. There is not a way around this other than rendering your mix out to 1 file and then bringing it into another CD burning application and putting in track markers and then burning it as a Disk at once CD. |

I make mixes too. What I do is make my mix in Acid, render it to a wav file, then open in CD Architect and place tracks where I want and save, and since my cd burner is newer and cd architect doesn't recognize it, I open the CD Architect project in Vegas 3.0 and burn it disc at once. That's right Vegas can open and burn .cda files!! |
