My effects are still in demo mode and I'm assuming that's why I'm getting the beeps when I try to apply an affect. How do I activate the effects??? Sony support is no help at all. I tried going on and downloading some packs like xp3. It comes up that I have to register. I obviously don't have a serial number as I just downloaded it from their website and of course the old registration website page is not working anymore. Why the frig is this stuff so complicated? If I could just reinstall acid 3, I'd be happy because I know that at least worked. But, of course, I can't register it anymore even with the registration repair tool! I know there is a another software program out there that closely resembles Acid. Can anyone give me that info? I'm done with this. I was just trying to finish these few songs up that were recorded with Acid before moving on. Thanks, guys!!! |

It's unfortunate that some of the registration stuff with many DAW co's is difficult and that they make you jump through hoops. Closely resembling ACID - I think you are thinking of Reaper. All the best |

Thanks! Do you know if I can use my previous tracks that I recorded with ACID with this Reaper? I'm figuring out that I might as well just disassemble all of my products, pull the tracks, start all over again, and apply effects. This is ridiculous. The sad thing is, if I could just talk to them over the phone, they would have probably had it solved by now! |
