Go to the Channel Converter. "1" channel is already selected. Process. -->Result is a stereo file. You can also save this as a preset. However, selecting the present isn't effective. Workaround (really annoying, with the work flow I have): Open the Channel Converter. Select "2". Select "1". Process.
