I have a audio book that i have downloaded into several chapters how can i combine all chapters into one file then recut them into diffrent size mp3 files again

You must first take each segment(from seg 2) then drop it into Forge, then select all, copy, (it is now in clipboard), take seg 1 place it in Forge, place cursor at end of seg 1 and then paste seg 2 onto the end of seg 1.

Now take seg 3 and repeat from the above until all segs are in order to create 1 file.

now use the m key to place marker to create smaller segs. drag select between each marker (one at a time)
and drag the selected item down to unused section of screen. A new piece will be created. Save the new section. Now go to the next two markers and repeat as above, until all segments have been copied.
