I was wondering. Could it be the Windows 8 UI controls that are making VSTs look really bad in Acid Pro 7 or am I going to have the same problem under Windows 7 as well? If I can run in a VM and get a normal looking VST, I'd be happy. Does anyone know what I'm talking about here? |

The UI look is slightly different for all programs running under Windows 8. I don't notice a huge difference between the overall look of AP7 in Win 7 or Win 8. Except that the edges are a little fresher in look. AP7 runs essentially the same. I've now been running Windows 8 Pro on two different PC towers. My new tower runs AP7 slightly better than my old Intel Core Duo Quad. All the best. Message last edited on2/19/2013 12:09:52 PM by519tbarr. |

Is it still possible to run using "Classic" in Windows 8? I find other kinds of looks - Aero etc waste large amounts of space with thick edges/borders. Thanks. |
