So in Sound Forge Pro why is disc at once greyed out in tools drop down?
Assume I'm missing a step...

Did you insert CD track markers? Not regular markers or regions, but CD tracks. Without them Sound Forge will assume you're burning a single track so only Track-at-Once is available.

Probably CD Architect is the program to use for that,?

Although SoundForge can burn CDs, it is entirely cumbersome; the companion CDArchitect makes the process much simpler!
