picking up track on next track recording,bleeding,what to do to stop this?audio

You will want to select a specific input for recording at the track level but this is all dependent on the audio interface, drivers and driver model. (ASIO? WDM? Options > Preferences > Audio Device on the menu bar to get there, then select the specific input for recording on the specific track.)
