Subject:file name problem & .sfk files?

when I open any files in SF5.0 it doesn't reflect the tracks given title, instead it says "AudioTrack14" etc.

Also I've been noticing everytime I open a file it creates a file with the .sfk extension and doesn't delete it. What is this?
