I have SF 5.0, bought and paid for. I guess I haven't used it in a while to convert to MP3 so I never noticed that they want $20 to do this little trick (batch converter too). It use to be free. Did I do something wrong during my install or is this for real? I got frustrated enough to try to buy it and there were server problems. |

Doesn't sound right to me. How long ago did you buy 5.0? If I'm not mistaken when I used SF to save a wav file as mp3 for the very first time I got some annoying little screen that made me register the thing with SF, but it was free. I purchased 5.0d about 2 or 3 months ago. (The time stands out in my mind because I'm pretty sure I've used up the whopping 2 months 'free support' period waiting 3 weeks each for 2 email support requests. ;-) SK |

The mp3 plug-in is free. You should be able to register it automatically by selecting "Register Online." Otherwise, call 1-800-577-6642 and we will register you over the phone. Ted |
