Subject:File Corruption Problems, need help

I get an error message, "Error Occured while opening file. Item cannot be found." Acid doesnt crash but cant open files. Some files can be opened but I am prompted to re-specify where loops and files are located. I have no clue how to fix this other than to reinstall...

Any suggestions???????
