Subject:Installation problem

When trying to install SoundForge 5 on Windows ME I get an error message saying I need to install Internet Explorer 4 or higher even though I have Internet Explorer 5.5 installed. Installation is aborted.
I have tried to install on a different computer running Windows 98 with the very same Internet Explorer 5.5 and everything works fine.
Thanks for any suggestions.

Hmmm...sounds strange and I believe the only reason you need IE 5 is too register Sound Forge. Maybe if you install it in "Demo" mode and then after it installs you can goto the "Help" menu and register it that way.
