Subject:Registration problem

I have been using SF10 since it was issued but this morning when I opened the program I got a message saying that the product needed to be registered. Well it's been registered for many years but I went through the process again. I then tried to run the program again only to be informed that SF needed to be registered. I tried going through it again but on running SF the same registration message appeared again. I've tried uninstalling it and then reinstalling it but I still get stuck in this loop. Can anybody help me please? This is intensely annoying. I'm running Win 8. |
