It reaches the "Initializing Directx plugins..." and then crashes with the following dialog... Problem signature: Problem Event Name: APPCRASH Application Name: acid70.exe Application Version: 7.0.0.713 Application Timestamp: 4b5e4158 Fault Module Name: StackHash_a564 Fault Module Version: 0.0.0.0 Fault Module Timestamp: 00000000 Exception Code: c0000096 Exception Offset: 071a2a3b OS Version: 6.1.7600.2.0.0.768.3 Locale ID: 1033 Additional Information 1: a564 Additional Information 2: a564ed05827b2e33df0247b7eb06f28f Additional Information 3: 902c Additional Information 4: 902c3e7b05d619d26c79682d3a83d42c I'm on Windows 7x64. As it happens, since installing 7, I also get the crash in Acid Pro 6 now. I uninstalled a heap of plugins including those included as a bonus with AP 7. Anyone else have this problem? |

I just installed AP7 on a Win7 64 bit with no problem. I'd try uninstalling it, cleaning the directory and reinstalling. All of the VST stuff works (make sure they are in the right folder for your VST's). |
