It reaches the "Initializing Directx plugins..." and then crashes with the following dialog...

I'm on Windows 7x64. As it happens, since installing 7, I also get the crash in Acid Pro 6 now. I uninstalled a heap of plugins including those included as a bonus with AP 7.

Anyone else have this problem?

I just installed AP7 on a Win7 64 bit with no problem. I'd try uninstalling it, cleaning the directory and reinstalling. All of the VST stuff works (make sure they are in the right folder for your VST's).
