Posted by: rusty Date:12/5/2001 7:28:26 PM Hi again, I was also wondering, when I create a sound track that I intend to add to a video in another Acid project, what format should I render the sound track in to preserve the best quality. I think all you nice people for helping me along with this! Rusty

Choose a sample rate and bit depth that matches your source files. If all your loops were 16/44.1K then you can render to 16/44.1K (about 10MB/minute). If all your loops were 24/96K, then stick with that, but it takes about (about 35MB/minute). If you simply don't have the drive space (but you should, if you're working with video too) then go for PCA (Perfect Clarity Audio). A bit rate of 320Kbps is so close to the original .wav file that you probably can't tell the difference, and it only takes about 2.5MB/minute.
