Subject:Extracted Track From CD Won't Play

Hi,
I'm very new to this type of software. I've extracted a track from a CD which is in the Acid Music Studio 8 projects folder.When I open it to try to play it, nothing plays back.

Use the Paint Tool or the Draw Tool to paint or draw in what's called an "event" or "clip." (If you want the entire MP3 to be drawn across the timeline, click the Paint Tool, then hold down CTRL on your keyboard and click on the timeline.)

Since ACID is a sequencer (and unless done otherwise), ACID is assuming you want to arrange the track as you see fit.
