Subject:unwanted blue stripe

Hello everyone I was trying to customise my tool bar when all of a sudden a blue stripe about 3 inches long appreared under the toll bar and it has the word Toolbars... written inside the stripe. I have tried to remove it but it wont disappear. Can someone help me out please. Anxiously awaiting your reply,

What version of SF are you using? Can you post a link to a screenshot of this toolbar?
