You'll see all the ID tags. Double-click on the value in any of them and type in the new information. When you're done click OK. --- edit --- Ugh, sorry. You're a Mac user. It's not much good at editing existing files because it would involve another lossy MP3 encode. I haven't used the Mac version, but look for a [Custom] button on the file save dialog window. One of the custom options should be ID3 tags.

The only fields that we automatically populate are Creator, Creation Date & Software. You can edit metadata in files using the "Summary Information" tool which is placed in the bottom pane by default.
