You have file open and drag and drop related bugs. Just bought the sound forge 10 and dont expect these school boy errors when trying to open files.

Get your QA sorted out if you are asking people to spend cash on an upgrade.


Drag and drop a file on sound forge, edit it, save it. I get errors. Try re open the file. You cant. you have to start sound forge again. Extremely annoying bug to put out to people.

You haven't provided any specifics whatsoever about your files or what you are trying to do. I can assure you that other people do not usually have the problem you seem to be describing..

This is a peer forum. If you would like some help here, you will have to provide some specifics, rather than a general indictment of the software.

I understand your frustration but this not a common issue with SF.
Be specific about file type, length, format, origination, ect. Enter your system specs in your profile as well .
Try temporarily disabling app.s like anti-virus, ect. to see if that makes a difference.
Have you tried uninstalling.. preferably using a third-party uninstaller like Revo (free) which cleans the registry and other left-over instances, then re-install.
