I'm working on a mix CD and the majority of stuff I've got figured out but I wanted to add a filter on track A where I mix out of "track A" into track B". When I select the effect, it applies it to the entire track A. How do I use the effect on a specific measure of the song. I cannot figure this out. Any help would be much appreciated. |

Automation. However it would be handy if Acid had FX per event as B=Vegas now does, in which case you could Split the track and add FX to that section only. geoff |

Another really simple and easy way is to move that section to it's own track. |

@Chienworks: That's the method I use. One of the downfalls is that doing this to multiple sections takes up valuable horizontal real estate. Message last edited on11/25/2012 5:17:06 AM bybrothership. |

Indeed. Grrrr. My current monitors are 16:10 which is nice as it gives a little extra elbow room. However, they're only 1680x1050. I'd like to upgrade them to full 1920, but now it's difficult to find anything more than 16:9 because apparently the manufacturers are terrified that people will complain about the extra 120 black pixels when they're watching 16:9 movies. So, i'd end up with only 30 more vertical pixels which isn't worth the bother. Anybody out there sell a 1920x1440 monitor? That would be sweet! Maybe i should just break down and buy the Apple behemoth 28" 2560x1600. Well, two of them, actually. |
