Subject:Unvalid Garritan Aria Serial Number

I bought my version of Acid on the Black Friday, but the serial number Sony sent me do not work with garritan aria. Does anybody know how to fix it? I tried to contact the support but had no answer. Does anyoneelse there have the same problem?
