Subject:ACID/SoundForge conversion to Pro Tools LE

I´ve been making a drum pattern with samples and loops in ACID. I was really pleased with the sound so I did "Mix to new track" and imported the audio-file to SoundForge 5.0 and played around a little. I was still very pleased with the sound until I imported the audio-file into PTLE. The sound changed and PTLE converted the Stereo audio-file into 2x mono and opened it up in a stereo track. The sound is now awful and sometimes sounds with a "Flanger" effect. What am I doing wrong???

Have you tried using "File>Export Loops" function on the menu bar to export your drum patterns and samples? (Keep a folder handy, especially if your project has multiple tempo and key changes, because ACID will make multiple loop files from just one loop based upon tempo and key changes.)

Note that ACID Pro is the only version of ACID that has this feature. What is also the tempo of the project in Pro Tools LE? Is it the same? If it's not, it should be.

HTH,
Iacobus
