Holy Moley with Acid Pro on Sale for $184.95 now.
Black Friday sale...Just got the email...Kinda feels like a blowout price doesn't it.

Funny thing is it's showing up on the Canadian store for $138.71 US right now.
Get it while its hot if you like ACID Pro.

I paid 184.95 when I bought my original copy in 2008. Not that big of a deal.

Managed to dig out my original invoice from Oct 2008 and it was $139.95 not 184.95 as I first thought. And a received a ton of extras at the time...complete loop libraries , a special edition Sony Classic 8-packs collection in a cool tin box and more

This was the standard "special" email offer to existing Acid Pro 6 users that was good for a month after release - so it's not like this current price is that odd.

It's all part of their standard MO - Acid is already done (as we currently know it) - so why not try to add more cash for the pile? It's not like they will run out of stock. They could sell AP7 digitally forever and keep making money.

Vp very interesting. For that time 08 that was a very good price.
If Acid Pro is dead i must say I am loving Reaper. I definitely don't have the same issues with plugin crashes that i have been having in Acid Pro. The program is very stable and ive been using it on PC and Mac.
I still would love a new Acid Pro but i am not as worried about work flow now that i have Reaper in my list of Daw apps.
