disappearing tags

I had tagged all the clips imported to the Project media, both video and stills. However when I opened the project only the tags assigned to the video clips were still there. Has anyone had similar experience?

Apparently it's a minor issue. But during the Webinar tagging was praised as a valuable new feature of 12. BTW, clips are automatically assigned to the Type bins, as Stills, Video and Audio.

But if they are not saved - they are useless. Is a fix forthcoming?
