Changed Operating Systems--Now what? -ACID Product Family

Subject:Changed Operating Systems--Now what? Posted by: ohmboy2001 Date:12/1/2001 5:41:16 AM I recently changed my OS to XP. Before I did that, however, I burned all my downloaded programs on cd's. So when I got XP installed and tried to re-enter the programs -- which include Acid Pro 3.0 and Soundforge XP 5.0 that I purchased as a download in June--the Acid Pro asked for my program id number. I had written it down when I download it, so I entered the number and the computer tells me it's the wrong number. Can anyone help me with this? Administrators? Is there any way to get a new id number without having to pay for the download again? My business is really counting on this.
