Subject:Cannot Copy Paste in Audio Studio

My Sound Forge Audio Studio was not working for the past few months. I re-installed and activated it a few days back. Everything seemed to work fine but then I realized that if I copy a little part of an audio track and paste it in a new track, nothing gets pasted. It pastes the comments and a blank track. Please let me know the solution.

Try zooming in and out of the new file after doing the paste. See if the wavs appear. Sometimes SF runs into trouble when drawing the waveforms and this can make it seem like the audio isn't there. Of course, if this is happening to you every time, there is a bigger issue.

Thanks for the reply Rob :)

However, what I see is that the track is just blank (zoom in, zoom out...just nothing). Surprisingly, if I copy a 1 minute section of a track and paste into the new file, I see a 1 minute blank portion.

Any other suggestions?
