Subject:Create CD error!

I have a dual boot system with Win 98 and Win 2000. When I click on the "Create CD" button in Win 98 it appears to be fine, but when I click on it in Win 2000, I get an error saying that I must select a CDR drive, but there are none in the list. How do I add my CDR drive to the list. Please be patient with me as I am new at this CD burning thing
