Black Magic Design Intensity - unavailable in v12?

So far both of my identical editors show that BMD Intensity Pro cards (HDMI out for preview monitor) are unavailable in the preview device preferences. Anyone else? It still shows and works in v11, & v10 on the same machines. Anyone?

Not quite the same card, but I had no problems with my BMD Decklink Studio's HDMI out to preview device with V12.

Is it possible that the Trial has the BMD interface disabled? After the issues I've had with v11, I am leery of buying into v12 (30+ seats) until it works. SCS hasn't ever truncated a trial before so I think it's something simple I have overlooked, but ...

Gary, You may need to uninstall/reinstall the BM drivers.

I have the same problem with my BM Pro 12 set up. Works fine in 11 and 10. Shows unavailable in Pro 12. Uninstalled BM and rebooted same with Pro 12. Problem persists.

Gary R Brown and Somerset - try to get a hold of forum member -John Cline - he should have experience with this install. The general recommendation for any software hooks that need to grab BlackMagic - is that you uninstall BM before the install and then reinstall BM after the software install. I don't think this rule and recommend from BM has ever changed.
