When I installed it I have to run it in demo mode because I don't have the required serial number. Was it supposed to have been emailed? It's not in the completed order form.

Contact Customer Service is this has not been resolved for you. I can not see them doing anything different for MAC versions of programming.

Generally i get the email with the serial number within a minute. I don't think i've ever had it take more than 2 minutes. Check your spam folder; sometimes it ends up there. This is one annoyance i've got. Sony has a really nice feature here on this website that will show you all your serial numbers for your purchased software, but only after you have registered it. And you can't register it without your serial number! I do understand the reasoning since you might be purchasing for a 3rd party and that other person will register it for themselves rather than under your account. However, a simple solution to this would be to have the serial number show up under My Orders as well. Yes, check your spam folder, then contact customer service.
